Formed in 1982 by Andy Grant & Steve Leigh after they left Chemical Alice earlier that year the original line up was:

Steve Leigh  Keyboards 

Richard Harris  Drums 

Peter Munday  Guitar 

Mark Orbell  Bass

The line up changed over the years with Grant, Leigh & Munday the only members to be there for the life of the band when it folded in late 1984

These cassette EP's are the only properly recorded of Tamarisk

until 2017 when Steve & Andy returned to the studio

to record the extra tracks for the Breaking The Chains project
